Registration

The registration page is closed.

Schedule:

• Early registration on August 17 or earlier (400 euros)
• Regular registration between August 18 and September 14 (500 euros)
• Late registration from September 15 onwards (600 euros)
• IEEE member registration with the same dates (360 / 460 / 560 euros)
• One-day registration with the same dates (350 / 450 / 550 euros)
• Accompanying person registration (250 euros)
• Tutorial registration with the same dates (100 / 150 / 200 euros)
• Tutorial for exhibitor staff and accompanying persons (80 euros)
• Tutorial for TUT and GETA students (80 euros)
• On-site registration is strongly discouraged

There is a discount of 50 euros for SiPS 2009 participants, and another 50 euros discount on SiPS side for fully paying SoC delegates.

The dates are automatically determined by the local time in Finland (EET = UTC+2, +1h DST).

Please note the pre-paid quotas for sponsors and exhibitors, organizer staff, Team Nurmi Life Members, and invited speakers. The special circumstances will be checked. The possible methods of payment are bank transfer (invoiced) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard).

Note! If you are presenting a paper accepted to the event, you have to pay a registration fee although you would (otherwise) belong to a free/pre-paid category! (e.g. organizer, sponsor, exhibitor)

There is a separate fee for the tutorial on October 5. Sponsor and organizer staff and invited speakers are welcome free of charge (but with a pre-registration!).

Accompanying persons (spouses) can register for a reduced fee, but there is no special program arranged. Thus, the fee covers only the meals and coffee breaks. Similarly, the tutorial registration of an accompanying person covers only the meals/coffees of the day.
