Camera-ready Submission

Instructions to be added here. Camera-ready submission will open after mid-July.

Please follow these steps for smooth submission:

Check and submit your final paper at IEEE PDF eXpress
To verify that your manuscript meets the IEEE specifications, register to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus service and upload your paper. Enter soc2013xp to the 'Conference ID' field. Click 'Create New Title', type the title of your paper into the 'Enter Title Info' text box and click 'Submit File for Checking' or 'Submit File for Conversion'. Browse the file and click 'Upload File'. You shall receive an on-line and email confirmation of the successful upload. After the file has been processed, you will receive the results of the compatibility check, and, if the manuscript meets the IEEE specifications, a new version of the document. If the paper does not pass the check, you will receive a report about your document. By logging into the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus web site, you can see the found errors and suggested corrections in great detail. Revise the document and check again with IEEE PDF eXpress Plus. Iterate if necessary.

Fill in the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form:
We use the electronic copyright transfer form. Please go and fill in the form and submit it.

Register to the conference
If not done yet, register to the conference in ConfTool.
When you are presenting a paper in SoC, you have to register as a fully paying delegate (i.e. not in any of the free/pre-paid categories) to have your paper included in the final programme, proceedings and IEEE Xplore. As an IEEE policy, the papers by no-show authors will not be included in the IEEE Xplore.

Additional pages on top of the 4 included in the regular participation fee can be purchased at the electronic registration page (up to 4 extra pages) for 100 euros each.
