The conference registration is now open in ConfTool.

Schedule and fees:

  • Early registration on September 22 or before (450 euros)
  • Late registration from September 23 onwards (550 euros)
  • IEEE member discount 50 euros
  • Student discount 50 euros
  • NORCHIP participant discount 50 euros
  • Accompanying person registration (300 euros)
  • Tutorial registration (50 euros)
  • Tutorial for DELTA students and IEEE members (free)
  • On-site registration is strongly discouraged

The dates are automatically determined by the local time in Finland (EET = UTC+2, +1h DST).

Note that all the discounts are cumulative, so e.g. IEEE student member participating also NORCHIP conference will pay only 300 euros as the early registration fee. NORCHIP applies a similar policy, so the total for attending both events in this example case is 600 euros.

Please note the pre-paid quotas for organizer staff, Team Nurmi Life Members, and invited speakers. The special circumstances will be checked. The possible methods of payment are bank transfer and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Note! If you are presenting a paper accepted to the event, you have to pay a registration fee although you would (otherwise) belong to a free/pre-paid category! (e.g. organizer). One registration per paper is required!

As an IEEE policy, the papers by no-show authors will not be included in the IEEE Xplore database.

There is a separate fee for the tutorial. Organizer staff and invited speakers are welcome free of charge (but with a pre-registration!). The tutorial is organized jointly with DELTA doctoral training network and The Finnish IEEE CAS/SP Chapter.

Accompanying persons (spouses) can register for a reduced fee, but there is no special program arranged. Thus, the fee covers only the meals and coffee breaks.

If you need an invitation letter for VISA, please REGISTER FIRST, pay the participation fee, and then send the following information to General Chair Prof. Jari Nurmi (jari dot nurmi at tut dot fi) and ask for an invitation letter for Visa application to be sent to the nearest embassy:
